1 · These Terms

These terms govern all purchases from Cenvar via cenvar.com. By ordering you accept them, together with our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Shipping & Payment page and Withdrawal & Cancellation page. If anything is unclear, email contact@cenvar.com before ordering.

2 · Who May Order

You must be 18 or over and ordering for personal use, with delivery to the United Kingdom, Ireland, the EU or Switzerland. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for being entitled to use the payment method chosen.

3 · Forming a Contract

Products on the site are an invitation to order, not an offer. The confirmation email after checkout records your request; it is not acceptance. A binding contract forms only when we email to confirm dispatch. We may decline an order before dispatch — for out-of-stock items, pricing errors or failed payment verification — and refund anything already taken.

4 · Prices and Payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery is shown separately at checkout before you confirm. Payment is taken in full when the order is placed. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel without charge.

Orders delivered outside the UK may attract import VAT, duty or handling fees charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.

5 · Delivery and Risk

Delivery estimates are in working days from dispatch and are not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery to your address. Costs and timings are on our Shipping & Payment page.

6 · Cancelling and Returning

As a consumer you have 14 days from the day after delivery to change your mind, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and equivalent EU law. The procedure and refund timings are on our Withdrawal & Cancellation page and Refund Policy. These terms never reduce your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7 · Faulty Goods

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 30 days for a replacement or full refund including return postage. Beyond 30 days you remain entitled to repair, replacement or a partial refund under statute.

8 · Product Information

We describe products carefully, but images are illustrative and minor variations in colour, finish or packaging may occur. Manufacturers may revise specifications without notice. Always follow the instructions supplied with a product.

9 · Using the Site

cenvar.com is for lawful personal shopping only. You must not interfere with the site, scrape its content, place fraudulent orders or use it for unlawful purposes. All content and branding belongs to Cenvar or its licensors.

10 · Liability

We are liable for foreseeable loss caused by our breach or negligence. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded. We are not liable for business losses.

11 · Governing Law

English law applies. Consumers elsewhere in the UK or the EU keep the protection of mandatory local law and may bring claims in their home courts. The EU online dispute resolution platform is at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
