1 · Where We Deliver & What It Costs

2 · Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. Goods are dispatched from our partner warehouses in Asia through the Cainiao logistics network and handed to a local carrier for final delivery. A tracking link is emailed to you at dispatch.

3 · Tracking & Delays

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to show its first scan. Bank holidays, peak periods and customs checks can add a few days. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of the estimate, email us and we'll investigate with the carrier and, where needed, replace or refund.

4 · Duties & Taxes

UK orders include VAT. Orders to the EU and Switzerland may incur local import VAT, duty or carrier handling fees, payable by the recipient before release. These charges are set by the destination country and are not collected by us.

5 · Payment Methods

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Payment is taken in full at checkout, in pounds sterling. Your card issuer may apply a currency conversion. All payment details are handled by PCI-DSS-compliant providers; we never see or store your full card number.
