The difference is in three things
The two baskets are truly separate. Not one drawer split in half — two, each with its own time, temperature and mode. Fish one side, chips the other, no shared taste.
Finish-together does the timing. Set both baskets, tap once, and the air fryer staggers the start so neither half goes cold waiting for the other.
Extra Crisp finishes the job. A short high-heat blast up to 240°C for roasties that shatter, wings with bite, and reheated pizza that's crunchy rather than soft.
